A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION ?
Repeat prescriptions
will be issued at the doctor’s discretion and are normally for patients
on long term treatment. Requests for prescriptions can be made in writing, by
calling at the surgery from 8.30am to 6.00pm or by faxing your request to 01604
700772.
If you wish to collect your prescription from Unidrug East Hunsbury, Tudor Wootton, Tesco East Hunsbury, Boots Sixfields or Jhoots Grange Park please state this on the request.
Please allow two
complete working days before collection and make allowances for weekends and public
holidays. Where possible give exact drug names when ordering.
